Cross-Listing Software Compared: Best Tools for UK Sellers in 2026

The best cross-listing software for a UK seller depends on where you sell. Artifactly suits antique and vintage dealers on eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce. Vendoo suits UK resellers on Depop and Whatnot. List Perfectly is officially for US use only. Ronati suits dealers who mainly want stock records.

Written by the team behind Artifactly, which was built by a working UK antique dealer with a team of developers. We make one of the tools on this page, so we have listed its weak points as plainly as everyone else's. Prices were checked on each company's own website on 10 October 2026.

Quick verdicts

How do the main tools compare?

The six tools differ most on UK support, automatic delisting and whether they reach antique and vintage marketplaces, and the table below sets those differences out line by line.

Where a company's own website did not tell us something, the cell says "Check their site" rather than a guess. Prices are shown in the currency each company uses; we have not converted dollars to pounds. On a phone, scroll the table sideways.

Artifactly Studio

The AI (Google's Gemini, with antique and vintage instructions written by working dealers) drafts the title, a description with a history and provenance section, category, dimensions and condition notes from your photos and notes. You check it, then publish to eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce by direct connection. Background removal, virtual staging, a shipment manager and a buyer inbox are included.

Price: The Curator £19.99 a month (up to 250 products; eBay, Etsy and Google Shopping), The Dealer £39.99 (up to 500; adds Shopify, WooCommerce, Ready-to-List, background removal and virtual staging), The Showroom £74.99 (unlimited; adds the Content Engine and AI reply drafts). 14 days free, no card needed to sign up.

Best for

UK antique, vintage and decorative dealers selling on eBay, Etsy and their own Shopify or WooCommerce shop, who also list on specialist sites.

Where it falls short
  • One eBay site per account, so eBay UK and eBay US cannot both connect to one account.
  • Specialist marketplaces are Ready-to-List, not direct: you copy or export the listing and mark it sold there by hand.
  • No Depop or Whatnot. Vinted and 1stDibs are coming soon, not live.
  • Sales are checked about every 5 minutes, not the moment they happen.
  • One price for every marketplace; titles are shortened to fit, not rewritten.
  • No VAT margin scheme stock book, cost and profit tracking, shelf location or tear sheets.
  • eBay import does not bring stock quantity.

Vendoo

A cross-lister with a separate UK site, whose UK FAQ lists eBay, Depop, Etsy, Whatnot and Facebook Marketplace. The US version lists eleven marketplaces. More detail is on our page about Vendoo alternatives.

Price: Prices on Vendoo's UK pricing page start at £16.99 a month for 125 new items (page read 10 October 2026), with a free plan for 5. US prices start at $14.99, with a 14-day trial that needs a card.

Best for

UK resellers on Depop, Whatnot, eBay and Etsy who want to start on a free plan.

Where it falls short
  • No antique or vintage specialist marketplaces on its UK or US list. Vinted is not listed.
  • Its UK pricing page labels sale detection for eBay, Depop and Whatnot as beta.
  • The UK pricing page shows two different blocks of prices, so confirm before you pay.

List Perfectly

A US cross-lister whose platforms page says "Cross-list to 14 marketplaces", including eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Grailed, Whatnot, Reverb and Vinted (as "Lite"). UK sellers looking elsewhere can read our guide to List Perfectly alternatives.

Price: Simple $29, Business $49 and Pro $69 a month; Pro Plus from $99. Its FAQ is unclear on the trial, so check it.

Best for

Sellers based in the US who want a long list of US marketplaces.

Where it falls short
  • Its own FAQ says it is officially supported for US use only.
  • Automatic delisting is on Pro Plus only, from $99 a month.
  • No antique or vintage specialist marketplaces among its 14.

Ronati

Ronati Studio is an inventory system for antiques, vintage and art: cost and profit, location down to the shelf or bin, a mobile app, background removal and PDF tear sheets. A separate staffed service, eCommerce Manager, posts listings to "18+" marketplaces for you. Our Ronati alternative page compares the two in depth.

Price: Studio Free $0; Studio Pro $49 a month with a 14-day trial, no card; Pro Plus "starting at $99/mo".

Best for

Dealers whose main need is a proper stock record and who are happy to post listings by hand.

Where it falls short
  • Its "Prep for Listing" is copy and paste, not direct publishing.
  • No mention of AI or automatic delisting on its home, solutions or pricing pages.
  • Prices in dollars, though it has a UK phone line and UK staff.

Crosslist

A cross-lister for resellers at crosslist.com.

Price: $29.99 for 200 listings, as shown on its own comparison page.

Best for

Resellers who want a dollar-priced plan with a set listing allowance.

Where it falls short
  • We could not confirm its UK support, eBay sites or delisting from its pages, so check its site.

Zipsale

UK cross-listing software for second-hand sellers, at zipsale.co.uk.

Price: Not verified. Check its site.

Best for

UK second-hand sellers.

Where it falls short
  • We have not verified its marketplaces, eBay sites or delisting, so read its own site first.
UK sellers

Which tools officially support UK sellers?

Artifactly, Vendoo's UK version and Zipsale are set up for UK sellers, Ronati has a UK phone line and UK staff, List Perfectly says it is officially for US use only, and we could not confirm Crosslist's position.

For a UK seller, support should mean prices in pounds, a connection to eBay UK, the marketplaces your buyers use, and someone to talk to in your own time zone.

Artifactly prices in pounds, connects to eBay UK by default, and has a UK phone number (+44 7777 347 532). Vendoo has a separate UK site in pounds, but its UK marketplace list is shorter than its US one, so compare against the UK page. List Perfectly is the clearest case: its own FAQ says it supports US marketplaces only and is officially supported for US use only. Ronati prices in dollars but has a UK phone line and UK staff.

The basics

What is cross-listing software and how does it work?

Cross-listing software lets you write a listing once, publish it to several marketplaces, and keep your stock in step across them when something sells.

Without it, an item on two sites means two listings to write and two places to remember to take it down. There are three jobs inside that:

  1. Getting your stock in. Artifactly imports existing listings from eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce, or a CSV file, and you pick which items to bring in by SKU. From eBay it brings the title, price, all photos, description, condition, weight and dimensions.
  2. Publishing. A direct connection publishes through the marketplace's own system. Artifactly publishes to eBay as fixed price, Good 'Til Cancelled, using your eBay business policies, and to Etsy with up to 10 photos and 13 tags. A prepared listing, such as Ronati's Prep for Listing or Artifactly's Ready-to-List, is written for you but posted by you.
  3. Keeping stock in step. When an item sells, the other listings need to end. That is automatic delisting, covered below.

eBay titles stop at 80 characters and Etsy titles at 140, so Artifactly shortens a long title to fit each site. If those are your two main channels, our guide on how to cross-list from eBay to Etsy walks through it step by step.

Avoiding double sales

What does automatic delisting really do?

Automatic delisting ends or removes your listing on the other marketplaces after an item sells on one, so the same piece is not sold twice, but it only works as quickly as the software finds out about the sale.

Software has to learn that an item has sold before it can act. Artifactly checks: about every 5 minutes it asks eBay and Etsy whether anything has sold. That is called polling. It is predictable, but not immediate, so for a short window after a sale the item can still show as available elsewhere. For a one-off antique that two buyers want on the same afternoon, that window is worth knowing about.

When Artifactly finds that the last one has sold, it acts on each connected site:

  • eBay: the listing is ended.
  • Etsy: the listing is removed.
  • Shopify: the product is archived.
  • WooCommerce: the product is set to draft.
  • If you have more than one in stock, the count goes down on the other sites and the listings stay live.

Two honest limits: the 5-minute check covers eBay and Etsy sales, and Ready-to-List marketplaces such as Vinterior are not connected, so you mark items sold there by hand. Elsewhere, List Perfectly includes auto-delist on Pro Plus only, Vendoo's UK pricing page labels sale detection for eBay, Depop and Whatnot as beta, and Ronati's main pages do not mention it.

Before you rely on any tool, ask how often it checks for sales, which marketplaces the check covers, and which plan includes it.

For dealers

Which tool is best for antique and vintage dealers?

Of these six, Artifactly and Ronati are the two built around antiques: Artifactly for writing and cross-listing, Ronati for keeping stock records.

Neither Vendoo nor List Perfectly lists an antique specialist marketplace. Antiques need something different: each piece is one of a kind, and the description has to cover period, maker, materials and condition.

Artifactly drafts listings using instructions written by working antique dealers, with a history and provenance section you check and edit, and sends "who made it" and "when was it made" to Etsy. Through Ready-to-List it prepares listings for 17 more sites, including Vinterior, Pamono, Chairish, Selency, Ruby Lane, LAPADA and LoveAntiques.

Ronati is stronger where Artifactly is weakest: cost and profit, shelf location and tear sheets, with a free plan. If your problem is knowing what you own rather than getting it listed, Ronati may suit you better. If you use the VAT Margin Scheme, HMRC's guidance on keeping records sets out the stock book you must keep for 6 years; Artifactly does not keep one today.

Other options include SeekUnique, a UK antiques trade platform listed by BADA; ph9, stock management and websites for dealers; Sortly, a general inventory app; and Lineage, in beta. Our guide to antique dealer software covers them.

How we compared

We read each company's own website on 10 October 2026, saved a copy of every page, and wrote down only what those pages say.

We did not use review sites or forum complaints, because we cannot check them. Where a company's pages did not answer a question, the table says "Check their site". Dollar prices are not converted. Facts about Artifactly come from the app itself. If anything here is out of date, email teamartifactly@gmail.com and we will correct it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best cross-listing software in the UK?

It depends on where you sell. For antique, vintage and decorative dealers on eBay, Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce, Artifactly is built for that job. For resellers on Depop and Whatnot, Vendoo has a UK version. List Perfectly says it is officially supported for US use only, so it is not a UK option.

Is there free cross-listing software?

Vendoo's UK pricing page lists a free plan for 5 new items a month, and Ronati has a Studio Free plan at $0, though Ronati's listing preparation is copy and paste rather than direct publishing. Artifactly has no free plan, but every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is needed to sign up.

Which cross-listing tools work with eBay UK?

Artifactly connects to eBay UK by default, and Vendoo lists eBay among its UK marketplaces. List Perfectly's FAQ says it supports US marketplaces only. For Crosslist and Zipsale, check their own sites for the eBay sites they support.

Can I cross-list to Vinterior or Pamono?

With Artifactly, yes, through Ready-to-List: it prepares the listing so you can copy it all in one click or download a CSV, then you post it on Vinterior or Pamono yourself and mark it sold there by hand. Neither Vendoo nor List Perfectly lists these marketplaces.

Does cross-listing software work with eBay Australia?

Artifactly does. Each account connects to one eBay site, chosen in Integrations, and Australia is one of the eight on offer alongside the UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Canada. For other tools, check their own sites.

How much does cross-listing software cost?

On 10 October 2026: Artifactly £19.99, £39.99 or £74.99 a month; Vendoo's UK page from £16.99 a month for 125 new items, with a free plan for 5; List Perfectly $29 to $69, with Pro Plus from $99; Crosslist $29.99 for 200 listings on its own comparison page; Ronati Studio Pro $49. Check each site before you buy.

Does cross-listing software delist items automatically?

Some does, on some plans. Artifactly checks eBay and Etsy for sales about every 5 minutes and ends or removes the other listings when the last one sells. List Perfectly includes auto-delist on Pro Plus only, and Vendoo UK lists sale detection for eBay, Depop and Whatnot as a beta.

Can I use List Perfectly in the UK?

List Perfectly's own FAQ says it supports US marketplaces only and is officially supported for US use only. Its prices are shown in US dollars.
