Google Merchant Center is an optional product feed, and sold items are removed from it automatically. For eBay, you choose one country marketplace per account: UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia or Canada (more countries are on our roadmap). For 17 more marketplaces, Ready-to-List prepares the full listing in each marketplace's own terms, ready to post in seconds with one-click Copy All, or as a CSV download: Vinterior, Pamono, Chairish, Selency, Ruby Lane, LAPADA, Decorative Collective, LoveAntiques, The Hoarde, Selling Antiques, Selling Antiques Lite, Antiques Atlas, Hunt Vintage, Artsy, Antiques.co.uk, Vinted and Styylish (US site). Facebook Marketplace and Instagram get a prepared listing too, one item at a time (Facebook's bulk listing is not available to UK businesses). For Vinterior, you paste your item's public link into Vinterior's URL import and their team builds the listing. When an item sells, you mark it sold on those marketplaces yourself, and we remind you to. Direct connections to Vinted and 1stDibs are coming soon. Poshmark closed its UK marketplace in October 2023.

It also writes a story-rich post for X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, drawing on the maker, wood, era and construction details of the piece. You download the images, copy the post and share it yourself: Artifactly does not post to social networks for you. Each carousel is auto-reframed to the right aspect ratio per platform. On every plan, each piece also has one-click share buttons for Facebook, X, Pinterest and WhatsApp, plus an Instagram caption to paste, all linking to the piece on your own website.

Yes. Invite each person with a link and they sign in as themselves. The activity list shows who added, edited, sent, sold, moved or deleted what. Staff cannot delete items or see billing. The Curator has 1 seat, The Dealer 3 and The Showroom 10.

Only when you allow it. You switch support access on for 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days, it switches off by itself, and every look we take shows in your activity list. You can switch it off at any time.

Yes. Every sale is emailed to the contact email in your Business Profile, saying what sold, where, the order number and where the piece is in your stock. The email lists the shops it came off and, separately, any shop it could not come off. eBay tells Artifactly about a sale within seconds; Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce are checked every 5 minutes. The piece also stays on a "Sold, needs sending" list at the top of your Command Room until someone ticks it as sent.
