Artifactly Studio is antique dealer software for UK antique and vintage dealers who sell online. It keeps each piece in one place, drafts the listing with AI from your photos and notes, and publishes directly to eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce. For Vinterior, LAPADA, Pamono and other specialist marketplaces, Ready-to-List prepares the listing for you to paste in or upload as a CSV. Plans cost £19.99 to £74.99 a month, and it was built by a working UK antique dealer.

Antique dealer software should keep one record for each piece, help you write an accurate listing, put that listing in front of buyers on the marketplaces you use, and take it down everywhere else when it sells.
Most antiques are one of one, with a period, a maker and a history, so the checklist is different from a shop selling identical stock. These are the six things worth checking before you choose anything, including us.
Photos, description, dimensions, condition, SKU and price kept together, so you write it once and use it everywhere.
Period, maker, materials and provenance wording, drafted for you and always approved by you before anything goes live.
Directly where possible, because copying and pasting the same piece into five sites is where the afternoons go.
Most antiques are one of one. When a piece sells in one place it has to come down from the others, or you risk selling it twice.
If you use the VAT margin scheme, a stock book with the details gov.uk lists. Artifactly does not keep one today.
Importing the stock you already have listed, rather than retyping it.
Artifactly is built around the selling side: writing the listing, publishing it, and taking it down when it sells.
Google's Gemini, with antique and vintage instructions written by working dealers. It drafts the title, a description with a history and provenance section, category, dimensions and condition notes from your photos and notes. You check and edit every draft.
One click publishes to eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce. eBay and Etsy are checked for sales about every 5 minutes, and when the last one sells it comes down from the others.
A prepared listing for 17 more marketplaces, including Vinterior, Pamono, LAPADA and Selency. Copy it all in one click or download a CSV, then mark it sold there by hand.
AI background removal for clean product shots, and virtual staging that places a piece in a room setting.
Carousel images and written posts for X, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You download them and post them yourself; nothing is posted for you.
Compare carriers, print labels and prepare customs paperwork in Artifactly.
Buyer messages in one inbox, with a record of each buyer.
The products that come up when UK dealers search for antique dealer software include Artifactly, Ronati, SeekUnique, ph9, Sortly and Lineage, and they do quite different jobs.
Some are stock systems first, some are trade platforms or websites, and Artifactly is a listing and selling tool. The table only states what each company says on its own site, read on 10 October 2026. Where we could not confirm a detail, it says so.

How to choose: if your main need is knowing where every piece is and what it cost you, a stock system such as Ronati Studio covers that and Artifactly does not. If your main need is getting pieces listed on eBay, Etsy and your own shop without retyping them, and without selling the same piece twice, that is the job Artifactly is built for. The two jobs are different, and using one tool for stock records and another for listing is a reasonable choice.

From Artifactly you can publish directly to eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce, and prepare listings for 17 more, including Vinterior, Pamono, LAPADA, Selency and Ruby Lane, through Ready-to-List.
The difference matters. A direct connection means one click publishes the listing, and Artifactly watches for the sale. eBay and Etsy are checked about every 5 minutes; when the last one sells, the eBay listing is ended, the Etsy listing is removed, Shopify is archived and WooCommerce is set to draft. If you have more than one in stock, the count goes down and the listings stay live.
Ready-to-List is honest copy and paste with the work done for you. Artifactly prepares the full listing, you copy it all in one click or download a CSV, and you put it on the marketplace yourself. Sales there are not detected for you, so when a piece sells there you mark it sold there by hand.
You choose one eBay site per account: UK (the default), US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia or Canada. One price is shared by every marketplace. Titles are shortened to each site's limit, 80 characters on eBay and 140 on Etsy. Vinted is coming once Vinted's API allows it, and 1stDibs is also coming.
Artifactly uses Google's Gemini with specialist antique and vintage instructions written by working dealers, and it drafts the listing from your photos and notes for you to check.
From what you give it, it drafts a title, a description that includes a history and provenance section, a category, dimensions and condition notes. It is Google's model following our instructions; it is not a model of our own and it is not trained on auction records. That is why your notes matter: tell it the maker's mark, the timber, the restoration you know about, and it has something real to work from.
Treat every draft as a draft. Before you publish, check any date, attribution or provenance it states, and remove anything you could not stand behind if a buyer asked. Your name is on the listing, not the software's.
The draft is shaped to what each marketplace needs. For Etsy, Artifactly sends "who made it" and "when was it made", up to 10 photos and up to 13 tags, and needs a price, an Etsy category, and a processing and shipping profile in your shop. For eBay it lists at a fixed price, Good 'Til Cancelled, uses your eBay business policies for postage, payment and returns, and tells you about any required item specifics that are missing.
HMRC expects a stock book that records every item you buy and sell under the margin scheme, and you must keep those records for 6 years.
According to gov.uk, the stock book should show, for each item:
At the standard rate, the VAT is one-sixth of your margin (16.67%). So a piece bought for £600 and sold for £900 has a margin of £300, and the VAT due on it is £50. For the scheme, "antiques" means goods over 100 years old, and the scheme also covers second-hand goods, works of art and collectors' items.
To be plain about it: Artifactly does not keep a margin scheme stock book today, and it does not track cost prices or profit. Keep your stock book in your accounts software or a spreadsheet, and ask your accountant if you are unsure what yours needs. Use Artifactly for the listing and selling side.
If your business trades works of art in deals worth €10,000 or more, gov.uk says you must register with HMRC for anti-money-laundering supervision.
The guidance is on gov.uk under money laundering supervision for art market participants, last updated on 6 August 2024. Read it in full to see whether it applies to you; the threshold is set in euros, so check the value of your bigger sales against it. Artifactly does not handle this registration or the checks that come with it.
Artifactly costs £19.99, £39.99 or £74.99 a month, depending on how many products you keep in it and which tools you need.
Every new account gets 14 days free with no card needed, and you do not choose a plan until the trial ends. Payment is then taken in the app through Stripe. For comparison, Ronati Studio has a free plan, Studio Pro at $49 a month and Studio Pro Plus from $99 a month, priced in US dollars.
You can import existing listings from eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce, or upload a CSV file, then preview them and pick which items to bring in by SKU.
From eBay, the import brings the title, SKU, price, all photos at large size, the full description with the HTML removed, condition, weight and dimensions. Item specifics only come across for listings made through eBay's Inventory API, not ordinary Seller Hub listings. Sold-out listings are skipped.
From Etsy, it brings the title, description, price, full-size photos, tags, materials, when it was made, weight, dimensions, Etsy category and who made it.
One thing to check: stock quantity is not imported from eBay or carried across from Etsy. Most antiques are single pieces, but if you hold more than one of something, set the count after the import. If your stock lives in a spreadsheet or another system, save it as a CSV and import that.
