List Perfectly Alternatives for UK Sellers in 2026

List Perfectly's own FAQ says it supports U.S. marketplaces only, so sellers on eBay UK need another tool. General resellers on Depop, Whatnot and eBay can look at Vendoo's UK version. Antique and vintage dealers can look at Artifactly, which publishes to eBay UK and Etsy and prepares listings for Vinterior, Pamono and LAPADA.

Prices and features were read from each company's own website on 10 October 2026. Artifactly is our product, so its limits are listed alongside everyone else's. It was built by a working UK antique dealer, with a team of developers.

Does List Perfectly work in the UK?

Not officially: List Perfectly's FAQ says it supports U.S. marketplaces only and that the platform is officially supported for U.S. use only.

That is List Perfectly's own position, read from its FAQ on 10 October 2026, not our opinion of it. For a UK seller it means eBay UK is not one of its supported marketplaces, and its pricing page is in dollars only. If you list on eBay.co.uk, Etsy and UK specialist sites, you are outside what it is built to do.

In the U.S. it is a broad tool. Its platforms page says it cross-lists to 14 marketplaces: eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot, Shopify, Instagram, Vinted (as "Lite"), Reverb and Listing Party. If your buyers are in America and on those apps, it covers a lot of ground.

None of the 14 is an antique specialist marketplace. Vinterior, Pamono, LAPADA and Selency are not on the list, so a dealer who sells through those sites would still be listing there by hand.

How much is List Perfectly in 2026?

List Perfectly costs $29 a month on Simple, $49 on Business, $69 on Pro and from $99 on Pro Plus, and automatic delisting comes only with Pro Plus.

List Perfectly plans as read on 10 October 2026 (U.S. dollars)
PlanPriceWhen an item sells
Simple$29 a monthCheck their site
Business$49 a monthCheck their site
Pro$69 a monthSales detection
Pro PlusFrom $99 a month (tiers of $99, $149 and $249)Sales detection and automatic delisting

The plan that matters most for a cross-lister is the one that takes an item down everywhere else once it sells. On List Perfectly that is Pro Plus, from $99 a month, with higher tiers at $149 and $249. Pro, at $69, has sales detection but not auto-delist. Plan your budget on the tier you will actually need, not the cheapest one.

On a free trial, List Perfectly's FAQ gives two different answers to the same question, so read it and confirm what you will be charged before you sign up.

For comparison, Artifactly is priced in pounds: The Curator £19.99 a month for up to 250 products, The Dealer £39.99 for up to 500, and The Showroom £74.99 for unlimited. Every new account gets 14 days free with no card needed to sign up, and you choose a plan when the trial ends. Payment is taken in the app through Stripe.

How do the alternatives compare?

For a UK seller the choice usually comes down to Vendoo's UK version for resale apps such as Depop and Whatnot, or Artifactly for antique and vintage stock on eBay UK, Etsy and specialist sites.

Where a company's own website did not give us a fact on 10 October 2026, the table says "Check their site". A gap is more useful to you than a guess.

Which alternatives suit UK and antique or vintage sellers?

Artifactly suits antique and vintage dealers, Vendoo's UK version suits resellers on the big resale apps, and Crosslist and Zipsale are worth checking on their own sites.

Each one below has a "best for" and a "where it falls short", and ours is first so you can see its limits up front.

Artifactly

Best for

  • UK antique and vintage dealers who sell on eBay UK and Etsy, with or without their own Shopify or WooCommerce website.
  • Direct, one-click publishing to eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce, and an optional Google Merchant Center feed. The eBay site is UK by default, and can be set to the US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia or Canada instead.
  • Dealers who also sell through the trade and specialist sites. Ready-to-List prepares a full listing for Vinterior, Pamono, Chairish, Selency, Ruby Lane, LAPADA, Decorative Collective, LoveAntiques, The Hoarde, Selling Antiques, Selling Antiques Lite, Antiques Atlas, Hunt Vintage, Artsy, Antiques.co.uk, Vinted and Styylish (US site), and for Facebook Marketplace and Instagram one item at a time.
  • Writing up one-off pieces. The AI uses Google's Gemini with antique and vintage instructions written by working dealers, and drafts the title, description with a history and provenance section, category, dimensions and condition notes from your photos and notes, for you to check and edit.
  • Running the rest of the business in one place: background removal, virtual staging, a shipment manager with carrier comparison, labels and customs paperwork, a unified inbox and a buyer CRM.

Where it falls short

  • Four direct connections, against List Perfectly's 14 marketplaces. Depop, Whatnot, Mercari, Grailed and Reverb are not supported. Vinted is coming soon, waiting for Vinted's API, and so is 1stDibs.
  • Ready-to-List sites are not connected live. You paste the prepared listing in or upload a CSV, and you mark the item sold there by hand.
  • Every marketplace shares one price. There is no separate price per site.
  • eBay and Etsy are checked for sales about every 5 minutes, so it is not instant.
  • One eBay site per account. Titles are shortened to each site's limit, not rewritten for each one.
  • No VAT margin scheme stock book, cost price or profit tracking, or shelf and room locations today.

Vendoo (UK version)

Best for

  • UK resellers on Depop, Whatnot, eBay, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace, the five marketplaces in its UK FAQ.
  • Starting small: the UK pricing page has a free plan for 5 new items a month, and paid plans from £16.99 for 125.
  • Sellers who want sale detection on Depop and Whatnot as well as eBay, which its UK pricing page lists as a beta feature.

Where it falls short

  • No antique specialist marketplaces on its UK or US list.
  • Vinted is not on either list, and Shopify is not on the UK list. Its US marketplaces page says connecting Shopify costs an extra $9.99 a month, billed through Shopify.
  • The sale detection line on the UK pricing page does not include Etsy or Facebook Marketplace.
  • Its UK pricing page shows two different blocks of prices, so check it carefully.

Crosslist

Best for

  • Resellers who want a general cross-lister and are comparing it directly with List Perfectly. Crosslist's own comparison page shows $29.99 for 200 listings.

Where it falls short

  • We could not confirm its pound pricing, eBay UK support, delisting or full marketplace list from its own site on 10 October 2026. Check their site for those.

Zipsale

Best for

  • UK second-hand sellers. Zipsale describes itself as UK cross-listing software for second-hand sellers.

Where it falls short

  • We have not verified its prices, marketplaces or delisting, so check their site before you rule it in or out.

For antique stock records rather than cross-listing: Ronati

Ronati Studio is an inventory system for antiques, vintage and art. It records cost and profit, an item's location down to the shelf or bin, and which sites an item is listed on, and it makes PDF tear sheets. Its "Prep for Listing" is copy and paste rather than direct publishing. Ronati's pricing page shows a free Studio plan, Studio Pro at $49 a month with a 14-day trial and no card, and Studio Pro Plus from $99 a month. It also offers a staffed eCommerce Manager service that posts listings to "18+" marketplaces for you.

Should I stay on List Perfectly?

Stay if you sell to U.S. buyers on several of its 14 marketplaces, because the U.S. is the market its own FAQ says it supports.

A U.S. seller using Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed, Reverb and Whatnot will find all five on its list, and the Pro Plus plan adds automatic delisting. Move if most of your sales come through eBay UK, if you need Etsy and your own shop kept in step after a sale without paying for Pro Plus, or if your best buyers are on Vinterior, Pamono, LAPADA or Selency.

Be honest with yourself about channels before you move. If Depop or Whatnot is where most of your money comes from, Artifactly does not connect to either, and Vendoo's UK version does.

How do I switch from List Perfectly?

Bring your live listings into Artifactly straight from eBay, Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce, add anything else by CSV, set your stock counts, and only then cancel List Perfectly.

The import works from the marketplaces where your items are listed, not from List Perfectly, so it does not matter which tool created them.

  1. Open a trial account. 14 days free, no card needed to sign up, no plan chosen until it ends.
  2. Pick your eBay site. In Integrations, connect eBay and choose the site: UK is the default, and the US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and Canada are also available. It is one eBay site per account. Then connect Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce if you use them.
  3. Preview, then pick by SKU. eBay listings come across with the title, SKU, price, every photo at large size, the full description with HTML stripped out, condition, weight and dimensions. Listings with nothing left in stock are skipped. Item specifics come across only for listings created through eBay's Inventory API, not ordinary Seller Hub listings.
  4. Etsy listings bring their detail with them. Title, description, price, full-size photos, tags, materials, when it was made, weight, dimensions, Etsy category and who made it.
  5. Enter stock quantities. Quantity is not imported from eBay, and Etsy's is not carried into the stock count, so set it yourself. It matters: when you hold more than one, a sale lowers the count on the other sites and the listings stay live. It matters: when you hold more than one, a sale lowers the count on the other sites and the listings stay live.
  6. Get ready to publish. New Etsy listings need a price, an Etsy category, and a processing profile and shipping profile in your Etsy shop. New eBay listings need business policies for postage, payment and returns, and go up as fixed price, Good 'Til Cancelled.
  7. Set a cut-over date. Choose the day the new tool takes over sale handling, then cancel the old one.
