Vendoo Alternatives for UK Sellers in 2026

Stay on Vendoo if you resell mainly on Depop, Whatnot and eBay, because its UK plan covers all three and its sale detection includes them. Look elsewhere if you need Vinted, Shopify on a UK plan, or specialist antique marketplaces. For antique and vintage dealers, Artifactly publishes to eBay and Etsy and prepares listings for Vinterior, Pamono and LAPADA.

Prices and features were read from each company's own website on 10 October 2026. Artifactly is our product, so we list its limits as well as its strengths. Artifactly was built by a working UK antique dealer, with a team of developers.

Does Vendoo work in the UK?

Yes, Vendoo has a UK version that cross-lists to eBay, Depop, Etsy, Whatnot and Facebook Marketplace, with plans priced in pounds.

Those five marketplaces are the ones named in Vendoo's UK FAQ. The UK plans are sized by how many new items you add each month, not by how many items you hold. Prices on Vendoo's UK pricing page start at £16.99 a month for 125 new items (page read 10 October 2026). The same page also shows a second, different block of prices, so treat the figures below as what we read that day and check the page itself before you buy.

Vendoo UK plans as read on 10 October 2026
PlanPriceAllowance
Free£05 new items a month
Simple£16.99 a month125 new items a month
Plus£27.99 a month250 new items a month
Pro£49.99 a month600 new items a month

On sales, the UK pricing page lists "Sale Detection for eBay, Depop, and Whatnot (Beta)". Etsy and Facebook Marketplace are not in that line, which matters if Etsy is one of your main channels.

The US version of Vendoo is bigger. Its marketplace page lists Shopify, Whatnot, Grailed, eBay, Depop, Sellwild, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Vestiaire Collective and Etsy. US plans are Starter $14.99, Growth $29.99 and Pro $59.99 a month, or $12.49, $24.99 and $49.99 a month paid yearly, with a 14-day free trial that needs a card. Since 15 October 2025, Shopify costs an extra $9.99 a month on top, through Shopify Billing.

Neither the UK list nor the US list includes Vinted, and neither includes any antique specialist marketplace such as Vinterior, Pamono or LAPADA. If you sell through those sites, Vendoo will not help with them.

How do the alternatives compare?

Vendoo covers the big resale apps such as Depop and Whatnot, Zipsale describes itself as for UK second-hand sellers, List Perfectly supports U.S. marketplaces only, and Artifactly is made for antique and vintage dealers selling on eBay, Etsy and specialist sites.

Where a company's own site did not tell us something on 10 October 2026, the table says "Check their site". We would rather leave a gap than guess.

Which Vendoo alternative suits which seller?

The right tool depends on where you sell: general resale apps suit Depop and Whatnot sellers, while dealers who need eBay UK, Etsy and the antique marketplaces need a different set of connections.

Here is what each one does well, and where it falls short, starting with our own.

Artifactly

Best for

  • Antique and vintage dealers who sell on eBay UK and Etsy, and perhaps their own Shopify or WooCommerce shop.
  • One-click publishing to eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce, plus an optional Google Merchant Center feed. Your eBay site is chosen in Integrations: UK by default, or the US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia or Canada.
  • Ready-to-List prepares the listing for 17 more sites, including Vinterior, Pamono, Chairish, Selency, Ruby Lane, LAPADA, Decorative Collective, LoveAntiques, The Hoarde, Selling Antiques and Antiques Atlas.
  • The AI is Google's Gemini with antique and vintage instructions written by working dealers. It drafts the title, a description with a history and provenance section, the category, dimensions and condition notes from your photos and notes. You check and edit it before anything is published.
  • Also includes AI background removal, virtual staging, a shipment manager with carrier comparison, labels and customs paperwork, a unified inbox and a buyer CRM.

Where it falls short

  • Only 4 direct connections: eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce. Depop and Whatnot are not supported, and Vinted is listed as coming soon while Artifactly waits for Vinted's API.
  • Ready-to-List is not a live connection. You paste the prepared listing in, or upload a CSV, and you mark the item sold on that site by hand.
  • One price is shared by every marketplace. You cannot set a higher price on one site than another.
  • Sales on eBay and Etsy are checked about every 5 minutes, not the instant they happen.
  • One eBay site per account, and titles are shortened to each site's limit rather than rewritten for each one.
  • There is no VAT margin scheme stock book, no cost price or profit tracking and no shelf or room location tracking today.

Vendoo

Best for

  • Resellers whose main channels are Depop, Whatnot, eBay, Etsy and Facebook Marketplace, which are the five on its UK list.
  • Trying a cross-lister at no cost: the UK pricing page has a free plan for 5 new items a month.
  • Sellers who also trade in the US, where Vendoo's list is longer and adds Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective, Sellwild and Shopify.

Where it falls short

  • No antique specialist marketplaces, such as Vinterior, Pamono or LAPADA, on either its UK or US list.
  • Vinted is not on either list, and Shopify is not on the UK list.
  • The sale detection line on the UK pricing page covers eBay, Depop and Whatnot, and is marked beta. Etsy and Facebook Marketplace are not in that line.
  • UK plans are sized by new items a month, so a month where you list a lot of fresh stock may push you up a plan.
  • The UK pricing page shows two different blocks of prices, so read it carefully before you choose.

List Perfectly

Best for

  • U.S. sellers who want the widest choice of marketplaces. Its platforms page says it cross-lists to 14, including Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot, Reverb, Instagram and Vinted (as "Lite").
  • Sellers who want sales detection, which comes with the Pro plan at $69 a month.

Where it falls short

  • Its own FAQ says it supports U.S. marketplaces only and is officially supported for U.S. use only, so it is not built for eBay UK.
  • Prices are in dollars only: Simple $29, Business $49, Pro $69, and Pro Plus from $99 a month.
  • Automatic delisting is on Pro Plus only.
  • No antique specialist marketplaces in its list of 14.
Read our List Perfectly comparison

Crosslist

Best for

  • Resellers who want a general cross-listing tool. Its own comparison page with List Perfectly shows a price of $29.99 for 200 listings.

Where it falls short

  • We could not confirm its pound pricing, eBay UK support, delisting or marketplace list from its own site on 10 October 2026, so check their site for each of those.

Zipsale

Best for

  • UK sellers of second-hand goods. It describes itself as UK cross-listing software for second-hand sellers, at zipsale.co.uk.

Where it falls short

  • We have not verified its prices, marketplaces or delisting, so check their site before you compare it with the others.

If what you really need is stock records: Ronati

Ronati Studio is an inventory system for antiques, vintage and art, rather than a cross-lister. It tracks cost and profit and an item's location down to the shelf or bin, records which sites an item is listed on, and makes PDF tear sheets. Its "Prep for Listing" is copy and paste, with no direct publishing. Pricing on Ronati's site is a free Studio plan, Studio Pro at $49 a month with a 14-day trial and no card, and Studio Pro Plus from $99 a month. Ronati also runs a staffed eCommerce Manager service that posts listings to "18+" marketplaces for you.

How do I move from Vendoo without losing listings?

Keep your listings live where they are and import them into Artifactly straight from eBay, Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce, then set your stock counts, before you cancel Vendoo.

Artifactly reads listings from the marketplaces themselves, or from a CSV file, rather than from Vendoo. You preview the items and choose which ones to bring across.

  1. Start the trial. Every new account gets 14 days free and no card is needed to sign up. You pick a plan when the trial ends.
  2. Connect your shops. In Integrations, connect eBay (UK is the default site), Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce. One eBay site is allowed per account.
  3. Import and pick by SKU. You get a preview and choose the items you want. From eBay, the import brings the title, SKU, price, all photos at large size, the full description with the HTML removed, condition, weight and dimensions. Sold-out listings, with none available, are skipped. Item specifics only come across for listings made through eBay's Inventory API, not for ordinary Seller Hub listings.
  4. Etsy items carry more detail. The Etsy import brings the title, description, price, full-size photos, tags, materials, when it was made, weight, dimensions, Etsy category and who made it.
  5. Set your stock counts. Stock quantity is not imported from eBay, and Etsy's quantity is not carried into the product's stock count. Set it for each item, especially anything you hold more than one of.
  6. Use CSV for anything else. Items that are not on one of the four connected sites can come in from a CSV file.
  7. Choose a switch-over day. Decide which tool is in charge of handling sales from that day, then cancel the other, so nobody is left wondering which one ended a listing.

If most of your Vendoo listings are on Depop or Whatnot, Artifactly will not move those, because neither is on its list. That is a good reason to stay with Vendoo for those channels.

What should I check before switching?

Check six things: your eBay site, the marketplaces you actually sell on, how a sale is handled, what you pay in pounds for your stock level, what each marketplace needs before it will accept a listing, and whether you price differently on each site.

1. Is your eBay site supported?

Vendoo's UK version lists eBay. List Perfectly's FAQ says it supports U.S. marketplaces only. Artifactly supports one eBay site per account, chosen from the UK, US, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia or Canada, with the UK as the default.

2. Does it cover the places your buyers are?

Depop and Whatnot point to Vendoo. Vinterior, Pamono, Chairish, Selency, Ruby Lane and LAPADA point to Artifactly's Ready-to-List, which prepares the listing for you to paste or upload. For Vinted, Vendoo does not list it, List Perfectly lists Vinted as "Lite" among its 14 marketplaces, and Artifactly lists it as coming soon.

3. What happens when something sells?

Artifactly checks eBay and Etsy about every 5 minutes. When the last one sells, the eBay listing is ended, the Etsy listing removed, Shopify archived and WooCommerce set to draft. If you have more than one in stock, the count goes down on the others and the listings stay live. On Ready-to-List sites you mark it sold by hand.

4. What does it cost for your stock?

Artifactly's The Curator is £19.99 a month for up to 250 products, The Dealer £39.99 for up to 500, and The Showroom £74.99 for unlimited. Vendoo's UK plans count new items a month. List Perfectly only prices in dollars. Compare on the size of your stock and how much you list each month.

5. What will eBay and Etsy ask for?

To publish to Etsy from Artifactly you need a price, an Etsy category, and a processing profile and a shipping profile set up in your Etsy shop. Artifactly sends up to 10 photos and up to 13 tags to Etsy, and cuts titles to Etsy's 140 characters. To publish to eBay you need eBay business policies for postage, payment and returns. Listings go up as fixed price, Good 'Til Cancelled, titles are cut to 80 characters, and the app tells you about any required item specifics that are missing.

6. Do you price differently on each site?

Artifactly uses one price for every marketplace. If you normally charge more on one site to cover its fees, plan for that before you move.

Frequently asked questions

Does Vendoo work with eBay UK?

Yes. eBay is on the marketplace list in Vendoo's UK FAQ, alongside Depop, Etsy, Whatnot and Facebook Marketplace (checked 10 October 2026).

How much is Vendoo in pounds?

Prices on Vendoo's UK pricing page start at £16.99 a month for 125 new items, with a free plan for 5 items (page read 10 October 2026). The same page also shows a second, different block of prices, so check it before you sign up.

Does Vendoo support Vinted?

Vinted was not on Vendoo's US marketplace list or on the list in its UK FAQ when we checked on 10 October 2026. Artifactly lists Vinted as coming soon, waiting for Vinted's API.

Is there an extra fee for Shopify on Vendoo?

Yes, in the US. Vendoo's marketplaces page says connecting Shopify costs an extra $9.99 a month, billed through Shopify, since 15 October 2025. Shopify is not on the marketplace list in Vendoo's UK FAQ. Shopify is one of Artifactly's four direct connections, on The Dealer and The Showroom plans.

Which alternative supports Vinterior, Pamono or LAPADA?

Artifactly's Ready-to-List prepares listings for Vinterior, Pamono, LAPADA and 14 other sites. You copy the listing across or upload a CSV, and mark the item sold there by hand. Vendoo and List Perfectly do not list these marketplaces. We did not verify Crosslist or Zipsale.

Which tool delists automatically on eBay UK and Etsy?

Artifactly checks eBay and Etsy for sales about every 5 minutes. When the last one sells, it ends the eBay listing, removes the Etsy listing, archives it on Shopify and sets it to draft on WooCommerce. Vendoo's UK pricing page lists sale detection for eBay, Depop and Whatnot (beta), not Etsy. List Perfectly has auto-delist on Pro Plus only and supports U.S. marketplaces only.

Can I bring my existing listings into Artifactly?

Yes. Artifactly imports active listings from eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce, or from a CSV file. You preview them and pick items by SKU. Stock quantity is not imported, so you set it yourself.

Does Artifactly have a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days free with no card needed to sign up, and you do not choose a plan until the trial ends. Payment is then taken in the app through Stripe.
