Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days free, with no card needed to start. The trial includes everything in The Dealer except the Dealer Network, which starts once you pay. You choose a plan in the app when the trial ends.

What counts towards my product limit?

Items you add in the app and items you import from a spreadsheet. Items brought in from a connected marketplace do not count. The Curator holds up to 250 products, The Dealer up to 500, and The Showroom is unlimited.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing date. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is switched off: a marketplace the new plan does not include is watched only, so sales there are still found and the item is ended everywhere else, but nothing new is listed or updated there.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No data is deleted, so you can re-subscribe at any time.

Are there any hidden fees?

None. The price you see is the price you pay. No per-listing fees, no add-on charges, no transaction fees.

Is pricing in GBP only?

Prices are listed in GBP but you can pay in any currency. Our payment processor, Stripe, handles currency conversion automatically.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. Sign up monthly now and we'll notify you when annual plans launch.
