Questions this video answers

How do I find listings with missing photos or prices?

The Catalog Checkup looks at every item that is not sold, and finds what is missing or wrong. Missing SKU, Missing Title, Missing Price and Missing Images. Press a check to list its items.

What is the Artifactly Health Score?

The Health Score is the share of your items that pass every check, and the line under it says how many that is. Sizes written only in the description do not lower it.

How do I fill in missing dimensions in bulk?

Dimensions only in the description has its own button, Auto-fill Dimensions. It reads the sizes out of each description, fills in the size boxes and saves them.

0:00Catalog Checkup and Health Score

This video covers the bottom of the Command Room: the Catalog Checkup, your Social Media Links, and the Need Help box. The Catalog Checkup looks at every item that is not sold, and finds what is missing or wrong. Under the name it says how long ago it checked, and the round arrow button checks again. The Health Score is the share of your items that pass every check, and the line under it says how many that is. Sizes written only in the description do not lower it. Products checked is how many items it looked at, and Flagged is how many have a problem. Press either number to see those items in Inventory.

0:48Every check explained

Below are the checks, one button each. Green with a tick means every item passes. Amber means one to five items fail it, and red means more than five. Press a check to list its items. Missing SKU, Missing Title, Missing Price and Missing Images. A title such as Untitled counts as missing, a price must be more than nothing, and only real photos count. Duplicate SKU finds two items with the same SKU, even when the capitals or spaces differ. Short or No Description flags a description under 20 characters. Missing Category flags an item with no category, or a vague one such as antique, unless a marketplace category is set on it. Missing Dimensions flags an item with no sizes at all. Dimensions only in the description means the sizes are written in the text but not in the size boxes. That one does not lower the score. Check dimensions flags an impossible size, such as more than 500 centimetres. Fewer than three images flags items with fewer than three photos. And Same title flags items that share a title, which may be one piece entered twice.

2:15Fixing missing dimensions

Press Missing Dimensions to open its list. Each row shows the photo, the title, the SKU, where the item came from, its status and its price. Show all in Inventory opens the whole list there, and the View button on a row opens that one item. Each row has a tick box. Tick all ticks every row, and No measurements needed then saves your choice: those items leave this list, and their size boxes are hidden on the item form. We will not press it here. Dimensions only in the description has its own button, Auto-fill Dimensions. It reads the sizes out of each description, fills in the size boxes and saves them. We will not press it here.

3:05AI fixes for categories and descriptions

Three more lists have a fix button. The demo shop has nothing in them, so this note shows what they do. On Missing Category, AI Auto-Categorize has the AI choose a category for each item, and saves it. On Short or No Description, AI Generate Descriptions asks first, then writes a new description for each item from its photo and details. Each new one replaces the old description. On Duplicate SKU and Same title, Review and merge shows each group side by side. You choose what to merge, and nothing is ended on any marketplace. When every item passes, a green Perfect Score message shows here instead.

3:52Social media links

Next is Social Media Links: your Facebook Page URL, Instagram Profile URL, X Profile URL, LinkedIn Profile URL, Pinterest Profile URL, and your WhatsApp Business Number. The share buttons on each item read two of these. A post on X says via your X name, and the Instagram caption ends with Follow and your Instagram name. The note under the boxes says it plainly: the Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and WhatsApp boxes are saved, but the share buttons do not use them yet. Filling in Facebook or Instagram also ticks the Quick Setup step. Press Save Links to keep your changes. We will not press it here.

4:39Need Help and screenshots

At the bottom is Need Help. Email Support Team opens a new email to the Artifactly support team, at support at artifactly studio dot com. How to Send Screenshots shows the keys: on Windows, the Windows key, Shift and S. On a Mac, Command, Shift and 4. On a phone, Power and Volume Down together. Then attach the picture to your email, or paste it in. That is the Command Room. The next video covers Marketplace Integrations, where you connect your shops.
