Work Side-by-Side opens the marketplace on one half of your screen and turns Artifactly into a copy panel, so you copy each field or the whole listing straight across.
This video also shows Quick Copy, Vinterior's item links and the Ready-to-List assistant, where you mark a piece as listed once it is up.

0:00Two ways to copy a listing
This video shows the two ways to copy a listing into a marketplace by hand: Work Side-by-Side, and Quick Copy. It ends with the Ready-to-List assistant on Inventory Control. Every marketplace card has Work Side-by-Side. Let's press it on Pamono.
0:22Listing Mode
The marketplace's own website opens in a new window on the right half of your screen: your account address if you saved one on the card, or else the marketplace's own page. This recording shows only the Artifactly side, which becomes a copy panel. Along the top is Listing Mode, with the marketplace's name. If the marketplace window did not open, allow pop-ups for Artifactly and press Re-open. The drop-down switches to another marketplace without leaving. The counter shows how many fields of this item you have copied. And Exit, or the Escape key, takes you back to the cards.
1:07Finding an item
On the left are your active and draft items, newest first. It shows those added in the last fourteen days. Press All to see every item, and Recent only to go back. The search box finds an item by its title, SKU or category. Press an item to show it on the right, with its photo, title, price and tags.
1:34Copy All and Quick Paste
Copy All copies every field and every photo link as plain text, in one go. It turns green to say it is copied. Quick Paste shows the whole listing already laid out for this marketplace. Copy Pamono Listing copies it, ready to paste into the marketplace's form.
1:57Photo links and field by field
Images shows every photo. Copy All URLs copies all the photo links at once. Hover over a photo to copy just that one link, or to open it. Below are the details in sections, such as Core Details, Description and Condition. Press a section's name to open or close it. Each field has its own Copy button, and once you have copied it, it turns green and says Done.
2:29Vinterior item links
Vinterior works differently. Its team builds the listing from a public link to the item, so for Vinterior the panel lists every public link for the piece, with a Copy button. Paste one link only, or Vinterior may build it twice. These demo pieces are not live on any website, so it says so: publish the piece to Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy or eBay first, then come back for the link. Vinterior's card also has its own Open Vinterior Import button. When you have finished, press Exit.
3:06Quick Copy
Quick Copy, at the very bottom of the Marketplaces page, is a simpler copy panel. It copies any detail of an item with one click, the same for every marketplace. For text laid out for one marketplace, use Work Side-by-Side on that card, as we just did. Press Open Quick Copy. Choose an item under Select Product from Inventory. Active and draft items are listed. It then shows the photo, title, price and tags. Copy All Product Details copies every field and photo link in one go. Below, each detail has its own Copy button, in sections. The description comes twice: plain text, and an HTML version for Shopify and eBay. At the bottom, each photo has a button to copy its link. Hide Panel folds Quick Copy away again.
4:03Ready-to-List assistant
There is one more way, from Inventory Control. On an item's card, Market Channels has a small icon for each marketplace. Pressing a copy-and-paste marketplace there turns it amber, ready to list. Then you press SYNC. For copy-and-paste marketplaces, SYNC sends nothing. It opens the Ready-to-List assistant, with a tab for each marketplace you picked. We do not press it here, because picking a marketplace saves it on the item. In the assistant, the Open button takes you to that marketplace. Copy All copies the whole listing, or copy field by field. It warns you about Missing Required Fields for that marketplace, and has the same Quick Paste and photo links. For Vinterior, it gives the public links instead. When the item is listed there, press Mark as Listed on that marketplace. Artifactly then shows it as listed on the item's card. That is listing by hand. The next video is Sales, which puts items on sale on every connected marketplace at once.
