6:34 · Watch on YouTube
Artifactly prepares listings for specialist antique and vintage marketplaces it does not connect to directly, as a CSV file or a ready-made listing to copy in.
This video goes through every marketplace card: how each one takes new stock, from Pamono, Vinterior and Selency to LAPADA, Antiques.co.uk and 1stDibs.
About this video: The screens are the real Artifactly app, recorded on a demo shop with made-up stock. The voice is computer-generated.
Questions this video answers
How do I list on Vinterior, Pamono or LAPADA?
You paste a link to each item, on your own website, eBay, Etsy or Shopify, into Vinterior's import page, and Vinterior's team builds the listings, usually within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. You copy the ready-made listing into Pamono's vendor portal, one item at a time. LAPADA members copy the ready-made listing into the members area.
Can I bulk upload to 1stDibs or Chairish?
Chairish's automatic stock file is for managed wholesale accounts only. Approved 1stDibs sellers may also have a bulk upload in their 1stDibs account, on 1stDibs's own spreadsheet template, and uploaded items wait in Work in Progress for you to finish.

0:00How the marketplace cards work
This video goes through the nineteen marketplace cards on the Marketplaces page. Artifactly does not connect to these marketplaces directly, so you list on them with a file or a ready-made listing from here. Each card shows the marketplace's name, a short line under it saying how that marketplace takes new stock, and a sentence saying what you do. The first card is Pamono: Copy and paste. You copy the ready-made listing into Pamono's vendor portal, one item at a time.
0:35Export to Drive and Download CSV
Export to Drive saves a CSV file of your items, laid out for that marketplace, in a folder called Artifactly Exports in your Google Drive. It works from your master sheet, so it needs Google connected and a sheet ID. The demo shop has Google, but no sheet ID, so it is greyed out here. Download CSV needs no Google at all. It downloads a CSV file of your active items, laid out for Pamono, straight to your computer. Let's press it. The file has downloaded. A message names Pamono and the number of items, and the card now says Last Export, with the number of items, the day and the time, and Downloaded to device. Press the number to see those items in Inventory Control. With New Items Only on, the next download for Pamono leaves these items out.
1:29Side by side and your account address
Work Side-by-Side opens the marketplace in a window on one half of your screen, and turns this page into a copy panel. It has its own video, the next one. The last box on each card is for your own account address on that marketplace, such as your seller page. Type it in, and a small arrow appears beside it: Go to your account. Work Side-by-Side then opens that page for you. Artifactly saves the address to your account, so it is there next time, on any computer. This one is only an example, so I clear it again.
2:05Vinterior, Ruby Lane, Decorative Collective
Vinterior: Paste item links. You paste a link to each item, on your own website, eBay, Etsy or Shopify, into Vinterior's import page, and Vinterior's team builds the listings, usually within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Its card has one extra button, Open Vinterior Import, Side-by-Side. Ruby Lane: Copy and paste. You copy the ready-made listing into Ruby Lane's Add Item form, one item at a time. Ruby Lane has no bulk upload. When a piece sells elsewhere, you use Remove Item in your Shop Inventory Report. Decorative Collective: Copy and paste, into your Decorative Collective seller area, one item at a time. Bulk upload isn't available yet.
2:56Love Antiques, Antiques Atlas, Selency
Love Antiques: Copy and paste, one item at a time. For lots of stock, Love Antiques offers a dealer upload service. On this card the first button is called Update Feed. Like Export to Drive, it needs Google and a sheet ID. It puts every item you have for sale into one file in your Google Drive, and each time you press it, it writes over that same file. New Items Only does not change it. Antiques Atlas: Copy and paste, into the Antiques Atlas control panel, one item at a time. For large quantities, Antiques Atlas asks you to get in touch with them. Selency: Spreadsheet or Shopify link. Selency takes a spreadsheet on its own template, which you ask Selency for, or it can link to your Shopify shop and remove sold items automatically. You can also add items one at a time.
3:51Chairish, The Hoarde, Selling Antiques
Chairish: Copy and paste, one item at a time. Chairish's automatic stock file is for managed wholesale accounts only. A direct Chairish connection is coming soon. The Hoarde: Copy and paste, into your Hoarde seller area, one item at a time. Bulk upload isn't available yet. Selling Antiques: Copy and paste, into your Selling Antiques control panel. Selling Antiques also offers a paid service to set up your stock from your website.
4:20Vinted and Poshmark
Vinted: Clothing only by API. Vinted's official connection is for second-hand clothing only, so for furniture and antiques you copy the listing in, one item at a time. A direct Vinted connection is coming soon. Poshmark: Closed in the UK. Poshmark closed its UK marketplace in October 2023. It still runs in the US and Canada.
4:44Hunt Vintage, Artsy and 1stDibs
Hunt Vintage: Copy and paste, one item at a time. Bulk upload isn't available yet. Artsy: Copy and paste, one work at a time. Artsy has told us it has no partner connection, so Artsy stays copy and paste. 1stDibs: Copy and paste, into your 1stDibs seller account, one item at a time. Approved 1stDibs sellers may also have a bulk upload in their 1stDibs account, on 1stDibs's own spreadsheet template, and uploaded items wait in Work in Progress for you to finish. 1stDibs accepts dealers by application. A direct 1stDibs connection is coming soon.
5:25LAPADA, Antiques.co.uk and Styylish
Selling Antiques Lite: Copy and paste, one item at a time. Bulk upload isn't available yet. LAPADA: Copy and paste. LAPADA members copy the ready-made listing into the members area. Antiques dot co dot uk: Product feed or one hundred row spreadsheet. It reads a product feed from your website, or takes a spreadsheet of up to one hundred items with a zip file of photos. You can also add items one at a time. And Styylish: Copy and paste, US site. Styylish is a US marketplace, and you copy each listing in one item at a time.
6:05Why eBay and Etsy have no card
eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and Google have no cards here, because Artifactly connects to them directly, on Marketplace Integrations. These nineteen are not connected, so when an item sells, end its listing on them yourself. The next video shows Work Side-by-Side and Quick Copy, the quickest way to copy a listing into any of these marketplaces.
