At the top, How to change a price opens the steps: save the new price on the piece, press the icon of each marketplace where it is live so it turns amber, then press SYNC and read the line that comes back. Set Price gives them all one price, and also updates the marketplaces where they are live.
How do I send a piece to eBay, Etsy and Shopify?

0:00Inventory Control overview
Inventory Control holds every piece you have, and it is where you send them to your shops. Here is the demo shop, with its twenty sample pieces. At the top, How to change a price opens the steps: save the new price on the piece, press the icon of each marketplace where it is live so it turns amber, then press SYNC and read the line that comes back. Bulk Import brings in your stock from a CSV or Excel spreadsheet. Video eleven shows it. Relaunch Listings shows how long every piece has been on sale on Etsy and eBay, filtered by thirty, sixty or ninety days, so you can end a buried listing and publish it again as new stock. Refresh from Shopify pulls in your latest Shopify products and updates this screen. It reads Shopify only. For eBay or Etsy, use Import on that marketplace in Marketplace Integrations.
1:07Search, views and filters
The search box finds pieces by their title, SKU, category, designer, brand, era, material, or the start of the description. Here, every piece with teak in it. Beside it are the views. Active is on sale, and draft is not yet on sale. Sold loads every piece you have sold, so you can still open one for its paperwork. All shows everything except the sold pieces. Filters and Sort opens more choices: Category, Era, a lowest and highest price, the Place it is kept, and the order. The line beside it counts what is shown, then your whole account: how many pieces are active, draft and sold, and how many are in your account. Clear puts every filter back. Pressing the bar again folds it away.
2:07Changing many pieces at once
Select lets you work on many pieces at once. Tick the pieces you want, or press Select All. A dark bar then shows what you can do to all of them. Set Category and Set Status change the category, or move pieces between active and draft. Set Price gives them all one price, and also updates the marketplaces where they are live. Set Place moves them to one place. Mark as listed on records that the ticked pieces are on a copy-and-paste marketplace, such as Vinterior, which Artifactly cannot see for itself. It asks first, then their icon for that marketplace turns green. Not listed on turns it grey again. Send to Vinterior copies one public link for each piece, opens Vinterior's import page, and shows the pieces as on Vinterior. Print Labels prints a label for each piece. CSV Export downloads them as a spreadsheet. Delete removes them, and ends their marketplace listings, so only use it when you mean it. Cancel closes the bar. We will press Cancel.
3:19What the channel colours mean
Channel Status explains the colours on each piece's marketplace icons. Grey is unlisted, and amber is ready to sync. Purple means the piece is in an export file for that marketplace, made on the Marketplaces page in this browser. It is not marked as listed until you mark it. Green means it is live on a connected marketplace, or you have marked it as listed on a copy-and-paste one.
3:49One piece: marketplace icons
Now one piece. The photo opens the full photo viewer. Then its status, its SKU, its title and its price. Market Channels has an icon for every marketplace. Press one and it turns amber, ready to sync. Press it again to take it off. That choice is saved straight away. Nothing goes on sale until you press SYNC. Under the icons are its tags: the category, the place where it is kept, and a percentage for how complete the listing is. If a marketplace ever refuses the piece, the reason shows here in red.
4:26SYNC, Edit and Staff Notes
SYNC sends the piece to every marketplace that is amber. eBay, Etsy, Shopify and WooCommerce go through their connection; the copy and paste marketplaces open the Ready-to-List assistant. On a piece that is not active yet, the button says Send. Edit opens the piece in the Update Product window, the same one as Upload Item, from videos seven to nine. Staff Notes is for your team: notes that buyers never see, such as restoration updates or collection instructions. Its buttons also make an invoice, a CN22 customs form, a packing list or an address label. Docs opens the Invoice History for the piece: every invoice, customs form and packing list made for it, which you can mark as sent or paid.
5:26Mark sold or delete
Sold first asks how the piece sold. Collected in person keeps it off Sold, needs sending. Needs sending puts it on that list, on the Command Room. Either way, the piece is marked sold, and Artifactly ends it on your connected marketplaces where it is live. Copy-and-paste marketplaces you take down by hand, and you are told which. Cancel, it has not sold, closes it, as we do here. Del asks you to type SOLD, which keeps the record, or DELETE, which removes the piece for good. Either way, its marketplace listings are ended.
6:07Share buttons and pages
The bottom row shares the piece: Facebook, X, Pinterest and WhatsApp open a share with its link. Instagram copies a caption and downloads the photo for you to post, and the last button copies the link. The link is the piece's own page on your website if it has one, otherwise your website from your Business Profile, otherwise its marketplace listing. With more than forty eight pieces in a view, a page bar appears above and below the cards: First, Previous, Next and Last, and a Per page choice. The demo shop has twenty, so it all fits on one page. That is Inventory Control. The next video is about bringing your stock in: a spreadsheet with Bulk Import, or straight from a connected marketplace.
