Artifactly plans, staff accounts and support access

4:25 · Watch on YouTube

Billing and Account shows your plan, lets you change it through Stripe, and holds your team: invite staff by link, choose Staff or Manager, and see what everyone did.

Support access lets the Artifactly team look at your shop for 24 hours, three days or seven days, and switches itself off when the time is up.

What you need: Staff seats: 1 on Curator, 3 on Dealer, 10 on Showroom. Support access is on every plan.

About this video: The screens are the real Artifactly app, recorded on a demo shop with made-up stock. The voice is computer-generated.

0:00Billing and Account

This video covers Billing and Account: your plan, your team, and support access. Nothing is pressed in this video, so nothing changes. Show Guide, at the top, opens the help for this page.

0:17Your subscription

Subscription shows your plan and its price. This shop is on Showroom, at seventy-four pounds ninety-nine a month. The badge on the right shows the status: Active, Free Trial, Past Due, Paused or Cancelled. On a free trial it also shows the days left. Plan Features lists what your plan includes, such as how many products, and how much of each AI tool you get a month. Manage Subscription opens your billing page with Stripe, the payment company, in a new tab. There you can change your card, see your invoices, or cancel. We will not press it here.

0:58The three plans

Change Plan shows the three plans side by side. Curator, at nineteen pounds ninety-nine a month, holds up to 250 products, with the AI description maker, and eBay, Etsy and Google Shopping. Dealer, at thirty-nine pounds ninety-nine, holds up to 500 products, and adds Shopify and WooCommerce, the copy-and-paste marketplaces, White Background, Virtual Staging, Trend Intelligence, and the Dealer Network once you pay. Showroom, at seventy-four pounds ninety-nine, has unlimited products, more of each AI tool, the Content Engine, and AI reply drafts. Your own plan is marked Current. Switch Plan, on the other plans, takes you to Stripe to pay for the change. Before you have a paid plan, the heading reads Choose a Plan and the buttons read Subscribe.

1:53Password and closing an account

Account Security shows the email address you sign in with. Change Password opens two boxes for a new password of at least six characters, with Update Password to save it, or Cancel. To close your account and delete everything in it, press Email Support to Delete Account. It opens an email to the support team, and the page says requests are dealt with within 48 hours. It cannot be undone, and it cancels your subscription.

2:22Team seats and roles

Further down is Team. Everyone works in the same shop. The count on the right shows how many people you have, out of what your plan allows: one on Curator, three on Dealer, and ten on Showroom. A free trial counts as Dealer. There are three roles. Staff can upload, edit, publish, move stock, run sales and record sales. Managers can also invite and remove people, delete items and switch support access on. Only the Owner handles billing. Each person is listed with their role. The owner can change someone between Staff and Manager. Remove takes a person out of the shop straight away, and What they did shows only that person's actions.

3:09Inviting staff

To invite someone, type their email, choose Staff or Manager, and press Make invite link. Artifactly does not send an email. You copy the link and send it yourself. It works once, for that email, for seven days. An invite waits in the list until it is used, with the date the link stops working, and Cancel invite to take it back.

3:33What everyone did

What everyone did lists adding, editing, price changes, publishing, sales and stock moves, with who did it and when. Choose one person from the box on the right, and the round arrow reloads the list.

3:48Support access

Support access lets the Artifactly team look at your shop to help sort a problem out. Switch it on for 24 hours, three days or seven days. It switches itself off when the time is up. While it is on, the box shows when it ends, with Switch off now to end it early. Everything support looks at is listed in What everyone did. Only the owner or a manager can switch it on. That is Billing and Account. The next video covers the Dealer Network.
