0:16The menu, page by page
On the left is the menu. Command Room is your home page: what needs you today, your business details and your settings. Inventory Control holds every piece you have, and it is where you send them to your shops. Shipments gives you a courier guide price and writes the text for courier sites. Communications brings in your email, your contacts, customer wishlists and your calendar. Marketplaces gets your pieces onto many more marketplaces, by spreadsheet or by copy and paste. Sales puts a sale on every shop at once. The AI Curation Lab holds the AI tools: descriptions, white backgrounds, room staging, trends and social posts. Marketplace Integrations is where you connect Shopify, eBay, Etsy, WooCommerce and Google. Dealer Network is the UK dealer community. And Billing and Account holds your plan, your team and support access.
1:19Upload Item, Help and Activity
Along the top are four buttons. Upload Item adds a new piece, from any page. Help opens the guide for the page you are on: how to use it, tips, and what to do if something goes wrong. Activity lists what has happened since you opened the app: saves, sends, imports and any problems, newest first. It clears when you reload the page. And Sign Out, the first of the four, signs you out.
1:49Show Guide on every page
Near the top of each page is Show Guide. It opens the same help right on the page, so you can read it while you work. Press the cross to close it again.
2:00Quick Setup: the five steps
On the Command Room, Quick Setup shows the five steps to get going: your business profile, a sales channel, your Google account, your social media links, and your first piece. Each step is ticked when it is done, and the box goes away once all five are.

If you are on a free trial, a banner under the top bar shows how many days are left, with a button to see the plans. That is your way round. The next video starts on the Command Room, with Sold, needs sending: the list that makes sure no paid order is ever missed.
